1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-126 (3146) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 9804 FOR 1855 HAYS STREET AND 320 <br />CASTRO STREET, ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 075-0009-008, OWNER AND <br />SUBDIVIDER: LUIS AND IRENE FARIA <br />FINDINGS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro fmds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 9804, City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California" has been submitted to this Council. <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 9804 is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That said Parcel Map 9804 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirement of CEQA, under Title 5, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code. <br />B. That said Parcel Map 9804 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 6th day of October, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak; Mayor Santos (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens (1) <br />ATTEST: 1~/1 <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
