EXHIBIT A <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 9804 <br />1855 HAYS STREET AND 320 CASTRO STREET <br />FINDINGS <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 9804 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br />Prior to the release of the Final Map for recordation, the subdivider shall make payment <br />to the City of San Leandro to satisfy the Inclusionary Requirement as determined by the <br />City of San Leandro Housing Division of the Community Development Department per <br />Zoning Code Section 6-3012. The approximate fee is $12,400.00. <br />2. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies, and regulations. <br />All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design Standards, <br />Specifications, and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />3.
