MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE CAPACITY: <br />A. Administrative Cost <br />In the case of direct service projects, the administrative costs are the salary and overhead costs of <br />supervising and administering the project. <br />B. Fiscal Capacity <br />The organization's ability to properly administer and account for funds; includes the entity's internal <br />control procedures and accuracy of fiscal records (staff may request audit report and/or a possible <br />site visits). <br />C. Record Keeping and Reporting Capacity <br />Your organization's ability to maintain accurate, complete records, and to prepare clear, timely final <br />reports on your project. <br />D. Past Performance <br />The organization's record of achievement in past years. This includes community input on the <br />quality of the program or services. Ability to produce reports and other records to provide this <br />information. <br />E. Completeness, Accuracy, and Quality of Proposal Package <br />This is an overall evaluation of how well the proposal demonstrates the benefit to San Leandro, and <br />ability to clearly communicate this information about the proposed project. <br />IV. COORDINATION/CONSOLIDATION OF PROGRAM <br />A. Coordination/Consolidation of Programs <br />All applicants are asked to describe how the program being proposed compliments, is similar to, or <br />different from the same type of programs, which may already exist in San Leandro, and how your <br />program might be coordinated with other similar local program. Consolidation of programs is <br />encouraged by the City, should it be appropriate, and results in improvements in programs and/or <br />cost savings. <br />
