Burks Toma Architects (BTA), a subconsultant <br />to Carollo, shall prepare a TM to evaluate improvements necessary for the Administration Control Building <br />to add additional space for record storage, office space, library rooms, and laboratory. Modifications to the <br />existing locker rooms and restrooms to bring them into compliance with current ADA requirements will also <br />be evaluated. Building addition alternatives to be evaluated include: <br />• Alternative 1 -Provide additional space via cone-story 4,000 square feet expansion to the south of <br />the existing building. The existing building interior will be reorganized to expand the laboratory and <br />provide office and library space. The expansion will incorporate additional office space, a new <br />entry, and new accessible restrooms and locker facilities. <br />• Alternative 2 -Provide additional space via cone-story 4,000 square feet expansion to the east <br />and west of the existing building. Similar to Altemative 1, the existing building interior will be <br />reorganized to expand the laboratory and provide office and library space.
