4. Indicate if the building is equipped with a fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm <br />system. If yes, include a deferred submittal heading for the modifications to <br />each system. <br />5. Note height and type of storage in the warehouse area. <br />6. Provide a door schedule and door hardware schedule. Door hardware is to be <br />no knowledge. <br />7. Show occupant load sign and type in the restaurant dining area. <br />8. Provide a deferred submittal heading for the installation of a kitchen hood <br />and duct suppression system. <br />9. Show location of all fire extinguishers and indicate if new or existing. <br />10. Show all rated construction. <br />11. Provide an exit analysis. <br />12. Show location of all exit signs along path of egress. <br />IV. ENGINEERING AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT <br />A. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020, including Section 66020 (d) (1), the <br />City HEREBY NOTIFIES the applicant for this Project that the 90-day approval <br />period (in which the applicant may protest the imposition of any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed on this Project by these Conditions of <br />Approval) will begin on the date of the conditional approval of this Project. If you <br />fail to file a protest within this 90-day period, complying with all of the <br />requirements of Government Code Section 66020, you will be legally barred from <br />later challenging any such fees, dedications, reservations or other exactions. <br />B. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies and <br />regulations. All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design <br />Standards, Specifications and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />C. Applicant shall pay design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, <br />inspection fees, and any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies <br />for the review, approval, permitting and inspection of the public and/or private <br />improvements. <br />D. Applicant shall pay the Development Fee for Street Improvements (DFSI) prior to <br />issuance of a building permit; credit will be given for the existing use of the <br />building. The exact fees will be determined at the time of Building Permit Issuance <br />and will be adjusted to reflect any change in the ENR Construction Cost Index. <br />Agreement to Conditions June 7, 2007 <br />PLN2007-00003 Page 5 of 10 <br />
