This brochure displays <br />available space, retail map, and the trade area and includes the brand and identity designed for Downtown <br />San Leandro in 2008. <br />Sign Program-coming soon, etc. <br />Creation and implementation of a cohesive visual marketing campaign reinforcing the new Downtown San <br />Leandro positioning statement/brand will be displayed throughout the Downtown. The campaign will create <br />awareness and excitement of upcoming developments, events and new tenants. Campaign ideas include <br />a tenant and project "coming soon" sign program as well as temporary window banners and identity <br />"wallpaper" for vacant windows. <br />Marketing <br />A series of magnets themed after the "I Am San Leandro" people will be sent to prospective tenants and <br />brokers promoting Downtown San Leandro and the retail opportunities within downtown. These magnets <br />will stir up excitement as specialty retailers and fine restaurants become naturally attracted to Downtown <br />San Leandro. As a direct mail piece these magnets will have a custom envelope that will make it unique <br />and stand out in comparison to other envelopes in the mail. These pieces will quickly gain the attention of <br />brokers and prospective tenants and will serve as a constant reminder of the retail opportunities within <br />Downtown San Leandro. <br />Other distinctive marketing pieces such as a football signed one or all of our "I Am San Leandro" <br />spokespeople will be used as a take away item for brokers and prospects who come to Downtown San <br />Leandro on a site tour, money clips for Farmers' Market Carrot Cash will become person keep-sakes as <br />well as conversation starters successfully marketing Downtown San Leandro in a unique yet, effective way. <br />Each tool will highlight the opportunity within Downtown San Leandro and the goal is to create an interest in <br />the changes and developments happening throughout the area. <br />Website <br />With the completion of the DowntownSanLeandro.com website in 2008, this will bean amazing resource <br />tool for the community, property owners and retail tenants.
