F. The design of the subdivision and necessary on- and off-site improvements are not likely to <br />cause serious public health problems. A residential subdivision will not involve any <br />significant amounts of hazardous materials or products. <br />G. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or affect any <br />existing easements. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />8010, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code and the <br />provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 8010 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br />PLN2008-00054 and PLN2008-00031 (Vesting Tentative Map and Site Plan Review Permit) <br />prescribed by the Planning Commission. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Gregory and passed and adopted this 2°d day of March, 2009, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />1200440.1 <br />(0) <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-027 4 <br />
