To date, the project has expended $50,000 <br />for in-house and miscellaneous costs; $150,000 for consultant costs; and $70,000 for an <br />oyster mitigation study; all for a total cost of $270,000, which now will not be reimbursed as <br />expected. Instead, all costs will be borne by the Shoreline Enterprise Fund.
