C. ~ The hours of truck deliveries to the supermarket shall be restricted to between <br />7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Any expansion or modification <br />to the hours shall be requested in writing to the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />D. Liquor sales shall be limited to a Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control <br />License Type 20 -Off-Sale Beer and Wine only. The total area devoted to beer <br />and wine sales shall not exceed 10% of the sales floor area. <br />E. There shall be no display of merchandise, sales activities of any other kind of <br />business activity outside the building. Any future proposal for outdoor display, <br />sales or seating would be subject to approval of an Outdoor Facilities Permit. <br />F. Placement of newsracks shall comply with the City's Newsrack Regulations, <br />Chapter 6, Title 5 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and may not be established <br />without prior City Approval. <br />IIL LANDSCAPE & PARKING <br />A. The designated landscape areas and the parking layout shall remain in compliance <br />with Exhibit C -Site Plan with Landscape Plan, at all times. <br />B. All irrigation must be fully automated with drip system to conform all codes and <br />requirements of the City of San Leandro. <br />C. Appropriate pavement arrows shall be installed along on-site driving aisles <br />according to Engineering and Transportation requirements. <br />D. The parking lot shall be posted per the requirements of the California Vehicle Code, <br />with a sign sating that parking is for customers only. Abandoned or inoperable <br />vehicles shall be removed in a timely manner. <br />E. No vehicles shall be displayed "For Sale" on the property at any time. <br />F. Trucks and/or other delivery vehicles shall not be permitted to double-park on East <br />14~' Street. <br />G. All landscaping shall be installed prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />H. All landscaping improvements shall be maintained in a healthy growing condition at <br />all times.
