Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Loeffler <br />The City Attorney summarized that staff had indicated they wished to amend <br />Condition "J" to add an additional sentence regazding pazks. Although the <br />following are not Conditions of the project resulting from Council discussion, the <br />Council specifically raised questions and wanted additional information about the <br />design of the emergency-access gates located at the northeast corner of the project <br />and on Peralta, landscaping on the outboazd side of the sound walls, a contribution <br />toward the improvement of existing ball fields in San Leandro, further information <br />on the status of the Food Bank relocation, and some treatment of the historical <br />significance of the palm trees. In addition, the Applicant indicated there was <br />further discussion with staff regarding pedestrian access at Peralta, lot 114 <br />realignment, shifting the garages on the 80- or 70-foot lots, and the height of the <br />soundwall along the Southern Pacific tracks. <br />
