Minutes -City of San Leandro City Council and Page 5 <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting -February 16,1999 <br />-- Minute Order No. 99-6, Matter of Cherry City Subdivision; The De Silva <br />Group. (1009/2861) <br />The City Council approved the Planned Development for PD-98-2, <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval, and added another Condition to <br />Section XI, Item J, end of the first paragraph: "Said parks should be <br />made available to the general public via easement or public access and <br />parking agreement to the satisfaction of the City Engineer." <br />M/S/C Galvan and Glaze. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Loeffler <br />-- Resolution No. 99-23, Resolution Approving Findings for Vesting Tentative <br />Map, Tract 7078 (Cherry City Subdivision; Peralta Avenue Area, West of San <br />Leandro Boulevard. (2861) <br />M/S/C Galvan and Grant. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Loefller <br />Council recessed at 9:10 p.m. to 9:1$ p.m. <br />B. Matter of Amendment to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program <br />Year Activities for 1998-99. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Debbie <br />Potter gave a brief staffreport. <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the Council with issues <br />regarding redevelopment, blight, and stated this will not be benefiting everybody in <br />the City. <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />M/S/C Lothrop and Nardine.
