Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: Young <br />Motion by Council Member Loeffler to adopt Option 2: Redevelopment Plan <br />Amendments recommended by the Planning Commission. There was no second <br />and the motion died. <br />-- Minute Order No. 99-43, Options Regarding Adoption of the Final <br />Redevelopment Plan for the West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard <br />Redevelopment Project Area. (1120) <br />The City Council selected Option 3 of the staff report, which included <br />changes to the Draft Development Plan as follows: <br />Option 3: Direct staff' to prepare an ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of San Leandro, adopting the "Draft Redevelopment Plan for .the <br />West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area" <br />(Tab 4 of the April 23, 1999, Staff Report binder), with certain <br />corrections, as outlined under "Draft Redevelopment Plan," and include <br />the changes to the Draft Redevelopment Plan proposed by the Planning <br />commission and those changes proposed by the Redevelopment Advisory <br />Committee: <br />The adoption of Section 311, as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission, with the exception that the first sentence should be <br />changed to read as follows: <br />
