Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addressed the City Council regarding a dip in <br />Doolittle Drive; concerns regarding the crosswalk from Timothy Drive to Warden; <br />concerns regarding traffic at Walmart and Home Depot that needs to slow down; <br />and waste that is being dumped into the Bay. He concluded by stating he hopes <br />City garbage collection moves out of the area. <br />B. Florence Ruha, 3745 Anza Way, addressed the City Council regarding the need <br />to get rid of billboards on Washington Avenue and said there should not be any in <br />the City limits. <br />C. Al Rosenga/Tom Guarino, addressed the City Council regarding their request to <br />the City Council to consider a Charter Amendment regarding RunoffElections. <br />The City Attorney responded that he is continuing to review the matter and would <br />like the City Council to set a meeting of the City Council Rules and <br />Communications Committee to review various alternatives for the City Council to <br />consider regarding the request fora Charter Amendment regarding runoff <br />elections. <br />It was noted a meeting of the City Council Rules and Communications Committee <br />will be taking place on July 27, and an additional meeting will be scheduled for the <br />first or second week in August regarding the requested Charter Amendment. <br />
