CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from <br />the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent <br />Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br />Council Member Lothrop clarified that Item D, the Contractual Services <br />Agreement relating to the preparation of the General Plan Elements Beyond <br />Land Use and Circulation Elements, would include an Air Quality Element. <br />Item 6.E was removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. The <br />remaining items on the Consent Calendar were approved as follows: <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Lothrop. Ayes: 5; Noes: 0; Absent: Galvan and Nardine <br />A. Minutes of the Meeting of November 1, 1999. Approved as submitted. <br />B. Resolution No. 99-30, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of San Leandro Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Terrence <br />Bottomley, Urban Design/Urban Planning, for Phase II Development of the <br />Central San Leandro/BART Station Revitalization Strategy (provides for Phase II <br />strategy for the revitalization of the central San LeandroBART area). Cost: <br />$55,000 ($20,000 grant from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, <br />$15,000 contribution from BART and $20,000 from the Plaza II Redevelopment <br />Project Area budget.) <br />C. Resolution No. 99-164, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with Terrence Bottomley, Urban Design/LTrban Planning, for Development of the <br />MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape Master Plan (provides for conceptual <br />Streetscape design for MacArthur Boulevard from the Oakland border to Grand <br />Avenue).
