Minutes -City of San Leandro City Council and Page 3 <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency joint Meeting -December 6,1999 <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council, expressing <br />frustration that it is humanly impossible to address concerns within the three- <br />minute time limit. He continued by commenting that there are possible conflict-of- <br />interest concerns regarding some items on the Agenda. <br />Paul Vargas, 872 Portola Drive, addressed the City Council, stating this item <br />should be listed under the Redevelopment Agency Agenda and agreed with <br />comments by Lou Filipovich. <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />M/S/C Galvan and Loeffler.
