He continued by commenting that there are possible conflict-of- interest concerns regarding some items on the Agenda. Paul Vargas, 872 Portola Drive, addressed the City Council, stating this item should be listed under the Redevelopment Agency Agenda and agreed with comments by Lou Filipovich.
