Matter of Adoption of Proposed Rate Increase for Storm Water Service Charges <br />(required Public Hearing, in accordance with Proposition 218, for adoption of <br />property-related fees). <br />-- Resolution Amending the Storm Water Fees and Adding Chapter 13 to Title <br />12 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Storm Water Fees <br />(provides for adjustments to fees and charges, effective July 1, 1998). <br />(1051/1221!2318) <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearings on the above matters, <br />Items 3.B through 3.E, the Hearings were opened, conducted together, and <br />closed. <br />John Jermanis, City Manager, made a brief presentation on the items before the <br />Council; and Robert Rockett, Director of Public Works, gave a presentation on the <br />fees being proposed. <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br />Terry Brown, 15646 Calgary Street, addressed the Council, stating he has never <br />seen the street sweeper come to his house, and he is against all the fee increases <br />being proposed. <br />
