Council Member Glaze requested a report on where Beatrice and Alexandria
stand, as they relate to traffic control measures (stop signs). He stated he
remembers asking for that information some time ago and would like an
update.
Council Member Glaze would like a status report with regard to the speed
bumps on Norton Street and indicated that issue should come back to the
Council soon.
Council Member Glaze concluded by commenting on Ciry street trees and
noted that, according to information given to him, if full-grown street trees
need to be removed, they are done so at no cost to the resident, and they are
not replaced. He feels that is in direct opposition to the street-tree policy.
3. Council Member Nardine commented on the proposed citizens' committee for
the rates. She questioned how someone might go about serving on such a
committee.
The Mayor indicated information is available from the City Clerk.
