CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from <br />the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent <br />Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br />Items S.B and 5.D were removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. <br />The remaining items on the Consent Calendar were approved as follows: <br />MIS/C Galvan and Loeffler. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />A. Minutes of the Meeting of August 17, 1998. Approved as submitted. <br />B. Matter of Speed Humps (amends the "Guidelines for Design and Application of <br />Speed Humps" and provides for the installation of speed humps at various <br />locations throughout the City).
