Minutes -City of San Leandro City Council Meeting September 21, 1998 Page 3 Mike Ahearn, Representing the Developer, addressed the Council in support of the proposal and suggested they include a landscape plan with the commercial building. He further clarified that there are no planned tenants at this time The Hearing was then opened to the public. Florence Ruha, 3754 Anza Way, addressed the Council, asking for clarification on the planned development process. Staff responded that the PD proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission and then it will be coming back to the Council at the appropriate time. There will be additional posting and mailing of notices for the upcoming Public Hearings. Ms. Ruha commented that she would like the neighborhood to comment on any future changes that might be proposed. There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed.
