There being no comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. M/S/C Glaze and Loeffler. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 Council commended staff, the Boy Scout Council, and the azchitect for the proposal. Council Member Loeffler asked if there is bicycle pazking around the site. Staff responded that has not been addressed as of yet, but it is something that can be reviewed. He questioned remazks about a potential Arco tank leakage problem mentioned in the reseazch and raised a concern regazding any leakage into the Creek. Staffresponded that they will make Mike Bakaldin, Hazazdous Materials Coordinator, awaze of the issue and have him respond to the Council by memorandum. Council Member Nazdine clarified the hours of operation, that their meeting rooms are available for use by outside organizations, and confirmed the exterior colors of the building will be "earth-tone" in nature. Council Member Grant asked if this facility will have further community access and was assured they will make their conference rooms available but most likely not their climbing wall. Vice Mayor Galvan commented that this is a job well done by the azchitect. The following Resolutions were then introduced: -- Resolution No. 98-13, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Disposition and Development Agreement for the Property at 1001 Davis Street. M/S/C Galvan and Glaze. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 -- Resolution No. 98-14, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Approving the Reuse Report Required by Health and Safety Code Section 33433 for the Boy Scouts Building and Transmission of the Report to the City Council of the City of San Leandro.
