IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-066 (2207) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MASONIC TEMPLE ASSOCIATION OF SAN LEANDRO <br />FOR USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY FOR ACCESS <br />TO ELEVATOR SHAFT AT 116 WEST JOAQUIN AVENUE; <br />APN: 077-0545-008-00 <br />A License Agreement, effective March 20, 2009, between the City of San Leandro and the <br />Masonic Temple Association of San Leandro, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to <br />this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 18~' day of May, 2009, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
