EXHIBIT C <br />Building Futures with Women and Children <br />FY 2009-2010 <br />Objectives from Community Assistance Grant Application <br />objective #1 <br />a. Program Premise <br />If homeless women have a safe, stable, and supportive living environment with access to high quality support services, <br />they will be able to address the specific barriers they face to achieving safe, stable housing. <br />b. Program Activities <br />Provide to each homeless woman: twenty-four hour emergency housing; three meals a day; case management focused <br />on housing; access to health care; parenting, domestic violence and life skills support groups; and money management <br />sessions. <br />c. rro ram uut uts <br />BY JUNE 30, 2009 (12 MONTHS): <br />250-300 women and children sheltered <br />100-150 women utilize support services <br />BY JUNE 30, 2010 (24 MONTHS): <br />500-600 women and children sheltered <br />200-300 women utilize support services <br />d.
