CDBG Public Services & Non-Profit CIP Agreements June 15, 2009 <br />for FY 2008-2009 which resulted in a seven percent (7%) funding reduction for the public <br />services agencies. <br />On May 1, 2009, HUD finally provided the City with its CDBG allocation ($727,422) for FY <br />2009-2010. The new allocation resulted in a six percent (6%), instead of the seven percent (7%) <br />funding reduction for the public services agencies.
