DOCUMENTATION AND MEETINGS <br />5.1 Documentation <br />Individual technical analyses will be documented in the form of working papers with associated <br />technical appendices (see deliverables under each task). The information in working papers will <br />be presented to staff, the TAC, the community, and other stakeholders as identified in the <br />meeting schedule or as appropriate to solicit feedback. Working papers, by definition, are <br />internal progress documents to be integrated into the implementation plan. Therefore, final <br />working papers will not be produced. <br />The Kimley-Horn team will consolidate the working papers developed in Tasks 1 through 4 into <br />a Draft San Leandro Boulevard-BART Pedestrian Interface Plan. In addition to consolidating the <br />working papers, this plan will briefly describe the process and analyses that led to the preferred <br />alternative and the San Leandro Boulevard Preliminary Engineering Design, and other <br />recommendations. The Draft Report will be presented to the public in a public hearing before the <br />Planning Commission and in a community meeting (see Task 1). <br />After receipt of staff, public, stakeholder, and commission comments, the Kimley-Horn team <br />will prepare a Final San Leandro $oulevard-BART Pedestrian Interface Plan.
