San Leandro Boulevard Preliminary Engineering Design (see Task 4.1 for description of plan sheets) (25 bound 11x17 sets) Meetings: City Council Public Hearing: Adoption of Final San Leandro Boulevard-BART Pedestrian Interface Plan Please refer to Task 1 for staff meetings Information Provided By Client, Agency, or Others • List of planned, funded transportation improvements. • List of planned and approved development projects. • Relevant traffic studies for nearby projects. • Traffic counts for study area intersections. • Existing AM/PM peak hour traffic counts at study area intersections. • Arrange and organize community meetings (to be facilitated by consultant team). • As-built roadway and utility plans for San Leandro Boulevard and the cross streets. • As-built traffic signal plans available for the project area. • Benchmark and monumentation information (benchmark records available on-line). • Topographical survey information appropriate for design. • Sample plans and specifications. • Any hydrology/hydraulic reports available for the project area. • Any utility master plans available for the project area. • Any geotechnical reparts available for the project area. • Contact lists for the utilities within the project limits. • City Standards (available on-line). 6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES 6.1 Services Not Included Any other services, including but not limited to the following, are not included in this Agreement. • Analysis of alternative site plans or additional intersections /driveways. • Analysis of alternative time periods. • Prepare Environmental Impact Report. • Additional meetings and attendance at public meetings not included in the scope. 6.2 Additional Services Any services not specifically provided for in the above scope, as well as any changes in the scope the Client requests, will be considered additional services and will be performed at our then current hourly rates.
