THE MAP IS A PART OF THE SAN LEANDRO CROSSINGS PROJECT, SITE PLAN REVIEW PERMIT PLN2008-00030 WHICH IS A 200 UNIT HOUSING PROJECT LOCATED AT THE SITE OF THE SAN LEANDRO BART PARKING LOT ON SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD AND WEST JUANA AVENUE APPROVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON JULY 9 2009. (APPLICANT: WESTLAKE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC). APN 075-0039-007-05 RECOMMENDATION That the City Council take the following actions with respect to the proposed Cornerstone at San Leandro Crossings project: l) Approve a Motion certifying a Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated Mitigation Monitoring Program for PLN2008-00030 as complete and in compliance with CEQA at 1400 San Leandro Boulevard Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0039-007- 05; Westlake Development Partners, LLC (applicant). 2) Adopt aResolution approving findings for Vesting Tentative Map Tract 7999; PLN2008- 00030;1400 San Leandro Boulevard Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 075- 0039-007-05 Westlake Development Partners, LLC (applicant). The item for City Council action is for approval of the Vesting Tentative Map and Mitigated Negative Declaration for a 200 unit condominium project at 1400 San Leandro Boulevard (existing BART parking lot). Planning Commission and City Council previous actions include: • The Alameda, approved by the Planning Commission on January 22, 2009 and by the City Council on March 2, 2009.
