PUBLIC OUTREACH A legal advertisement notifying the work sessions was placed in the Daily Review Newspaper. Notices for the work session were mailed to the property owners within 500 feet of the subject property and to city Homeowner's Associations. Placards were posted on the utility poles adjacent to the property. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission hear the staff presentation, open the public hearing, discuss the material, adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration, recommend to the City Council that they approve the Vesting Tentative Map subject to the attached Conditions of Approval, approve Site Plan Review Permit PLN2008-000030 subject to the conditions of approval for the 200 condominiums and the BART replacement parking garage.
