Add two new paragraphs immediately before the last paragraph of this section to read as follows: In 2008 and beyond, treatment and eradication activities will occur at the following sites consistent with an approved site specific plan and work program as required by the SITE- SPECIFIC PLANS AND WORK PROGRAM section, below: 1) Dog Bone Mazsh 2) Citation Mazsh 3) East Marsh 4) North Mazsh 5) Bunker Marsh 6) San Lorenzo Creek and Mouth (with EBRPD) 7) Shoreline Outliers 8) San Leandro Marina 9) Estudillo Creek Channel (with ACFCD) The additional funding of $6,303 provided by Amendment 2 to this agreement and any remaining funds under this agreement, along with additional funds or in-kind services as may be provided by the grantee, shall be used by the grantee to plan, prepare for, undertake and complete 2008 treatment or re-treatment activities for the eradication and control of invasive Spartina in the azeas identified in the numbered paragraphs above (or in some portion of those areas), subject to and as specified in a current, approved site-specific plan and work program for the project. The funds may also be used for activities associated with such treatment work, including: (a) the purchase of herbicide, surfactant and other supplies reasonably needed to complete the treatment activities; (b) restoration work required as a mitigation measure; or (c) subsequent mapping and monitoring to determine the effectiveness of the treatment activities. TERM OF AGREEMENT In the second paragraph of this section, the "termination date" is changed to October 31, 2013. In the second paragraph of this section, the "completion date" is changed to October 31, 2008. In the second paragraph of this section, the "final invoice date" is changed to December 31, 2008.
