F. The design of the subdivision or proposed improvements is not likely to cause substantial environmental <br />damage or substantially and unavoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br />G. The design of the subdivision and necessary on- and off-site improvements are not likely to cause serious <br />public health problems. A residential subdivision will not involve any significant amounts of hazardous <br />materials or products. <br />H. The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or affect any existing <br />easements. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, <br />Tract 7999, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and <br />that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code <br />and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7999 is hereby approved, subject to the Conditions of <br />Approval for PLN2008-00030 (Vesting Tentative Map) prescribed by the Planning Commission. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Gregory and passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009-107 3 <br />
