Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and Page - 7 - Redevelopment Agency Meeting - February 3, 1997 The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 97-2, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving a Letter of Intent Between the Redevelopment Agency and Creekside Center Associates, Inc., for Development of Agency-Owned Property at 960 San Leandro Boulevard (approves a preliminary agreement for development of a high-quality, neighborhood shopping center at the old Corporation Yard site, including an independent grocery stare comparable to Petrini's; two restaurants; a Walgreen's drug store; and other small, retail tenants). M/S/C Loeffler and Polvorosa. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 E. Resolution Amending Title 30, Chapter 1, and Repealing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, Related to Regulation of Smoking in City Facilities (amends Title 30, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code to prohibit smoking in all facilities owned and operated or leased and operated by the City of San Leandro or by a concessionaire of the City, orders the City Manager to place "No Smoking" signs at each entrance to these facilities, and repeals obsolete Chapters 2, 3, and 4). Community Representative Kathy Ornelas presented the report and noted that this will bring the Administrative Code in conformance with the State law related to smoking in public buildings.
