Al Rosenga, 534 Parrot Street, supports placement of a signal at Haas <br />Avenue and East 14th Street due to the impact of the proposed project. <br />8. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />A. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br />1. Council Member Loeffler reported on the ABAG work session regarding <br />transportation and land use; he will forward copies of the report to <br />the Council. He attended the East Bay Division of the League of <br />California Cities dinner last week with speakers from EBMUD. The <br />topic was seismic safety and water restoration after a major <br />disaster. <br />2. Mayor Corbett reported on the survey to address congestion along I- <br />880 conducted by the Congestion Management Agency; a copy will be <br />forwarded to the Council. <br />
