Resolution No. 97-120, Resolution Approving Contractual Services <br />Agreement with Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc., Relating to Davis <br />Street/I-880 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Study, Project No. 593-52- <br />123 (provides for a study for the improvement of the sanitary <br />sewer along Davis Street and I-880 freeway overcrossing). Resolution No. 97-121, Resolution Approving Plans and <br />Specifications and Calling for Bids for Storm Drain Construction, <br />Various Locations - Merced Street to Williams Street; Dutton <br />Avenue -Superior Avenue to St. Mary Avenue, Project No. 96-58-115 <br />(provides for soliciting competitive bids for the storm drainage <br />facilities improvement). Matter of Authorization to Create Tree Trimmer II Classification, <br />Retitle the Tree Trimmer Classification to Tree Trimmer I, and Add <br />a Park Maintenance Worker I Position in the Landscape Maintenance <br />Section of the Public Works Services Department (requests <br />authorization from City Council to create the new classification <br />of Tree Trimmer II, amend the Pay Plan to provide a salary range <br />for said classification, retitle the classification of Tree <br />Trimmer to Tree Trimmer I, and add a Park Maintenance Worker I <br />position in the Landscape Maintenance Section of the Public Works <br />Services Department). <br />- Minute Order No. 97-42, Motion Authorizing Creation of Tree <br />Trimmer II Classification, Retitle the Tree Trimmer <br />Classification to Tree Trimmer I, and Add a Park Maintenance <br />Worker I Position in the Landscape Maintenance Section of the <br />Public Works Services Department.
