Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and Page - 6 - <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Meeting - October 6, 1997 <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br />Resolution No. 97-25, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />Approving a Letter of Intent Establishing an Exclusive Right to Negotiate <br />with Vanuatu Properties, L.L.C., for the Disposition of Property Located on <br />Davis Street, Adjacent to Shell/Burger King Project (provides for an <br />exclusive right to negotiate with Vanuatu Properties, L.L.C., for <br />development of an automotive Tube and tune business on the approximately <br />22,000-square-foot, vacant parcel located on Davis Street, adjacent to the <br />Shell/Burger King project). <br />M/S/C Lothrop and Polvorosa. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />5.K Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Accepting the Work for <br />Parrott Street Redesign, Project No. 96-262-8440 (provides for acceptance of <br />work from Redgwick Construction, release of bonds, and filing of Notice of <br />Completion). <br />Council Member Polvorosa complimented the Redevelopment effort on Parrott <br />Street and complimented staff for their work on this project. <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br />Resolution No. 97-26, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />Accepting the Work for Parrott Street Redesign, Project No. 96-262-8440 <br />(provides for acceptance of work from Redgwick Construction, release of <br />bonds, and filing of Notice of Completion). Ordinance No. 97-029, An Ordinance Amending Sections 3-6-105 and 3-6-110 <br />of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Garbage and Recycling <br />(requires all persons in possession of residential property to recycle <br />material through a recycling contractor).
