But, I believe that asub-committee of the Council, meaning Bab and Gordon, should meet before it comes back to the Council, before it has to go back to EBDA, to make sure all the "I"s are dotted and the "T"s are crossed. And then I also have to ask, if the Council is acceptable to that process. Council Member Glaze: Yeah, if we can make it -and I'm basing this on what I have been listening to from the City Attorney tonight - is that if the City Attorney can assure me that this agreement that we pass tonight, if we can go ahead with this and develop a separate list of mitigations that we can sit down and go forward with to LAVWMA, without jeopardizing losing it - I'm willing to pass this tonight with us going with a separate mitigation plan to LAVWMA.
