PUBLIC SERVICES -- <br />a) Would the project result in substantial adverse <br />physical impacts associated with the provision of <br />new ar physically altered governmental facilities, <br />need for new oz physically altered governmental <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental impacts, in order to <br />maintain acceptable service ratios, response times, <br />or other performance objectives for any of the <br />public services: <br />Fire protection? <br />Police protection? ~ [] <br />Schools? [] ~ ~ <br />DISCUSSION <br />a) Construction of the proposed water recycling and distribution facilities would not involve <br />alteration of government facilities, nor would it require new public services. In addition, the <br />Project would not induce growth, which would require the creation of increased public services <br />regarding the Project's effect on water supply, see section XII, Population and Housing. <br />Additional City staff would not be required to operate or maintain the Project.
