2.0 ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST
Less Than
Significant
Potentially With Less Than
Significant Mirigation Significant No
Issues (and Supporting Information Sources): Imoacr Incorporation Impact Impact
XVII. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE
a) Does the project have the potential to degrade the
quality of the environment, substantially reduce
the habitat of a fish or wildlife species, cause a
fish or wildlife population to drop below self-
sustaining levels, threaten to eliminate a plant or
animal community, reduce the number or restrict
the range of a rare or endangered plant or animal
or eliminate important examples of the major.
periods of California history, or prehistory? [] []
b) Does the project have impacts that aze individually
limited, but cumulative considerable?
("Cumulative considerable" means that the
incremental effects of a project are considerable
when viewed in connection with the effects of past
projects, the effects of other current projects, and
the effects of probable future projects)? [] []
c} Does the project have environmental effects which
will cause substantial adverse effects on human
beings, either directly or indirectly? ^ [] ® []
DISCUSSION
a) The responses to the previous 16 questions show that the Project would not permanently degrade
the quality of the environment during construction and operation. Potential impacts associated
with increase dust, noise, and hazards would be reduced to less than significant levels with
implementation of proposed mitigation measures, as summarised in Section 3.0 of this document.
b) The Project would result in some potentially significant environmental impacts. All of these
impacts, primarily temporary in nature and limited in extent, would be reduced to less-than-
significant levels with implementation of mitigation measures incorporated as part of the Project.
c) The responses to the previous environmental checklist questions show that the project would not
have environmental effects that would have substantial adverse impacts on humans, with
implementation of the proposed mitigation measures.
San I,candro Recycled Water Projec[ 2-5~ FSA /203193
Dtah IS/MI~ID
