Discussion <br />The City will forward Kinder Morgan a full sized set of construction drawings for review and <br />comments concerning the petroleum pipeline in the project area. <br />Issues Raised in California Department of Transportation Comment Letter <br />Comments on Encroachment Permit <br />Work that encroaches onto the State Right of Way (ROW) requires an encroachment <br />permit that is issued by the Department. To apply, a completed encroachment permit <br />application, environmental documentation, and five (S) sets ofplans, clearly indicating <br />State ROW, must be submitted to the address below. Traffic-related mitigation measures <br />should be incorporated into the constructions plans during the encroachment permit <br />process. <br />Discussion <br />The City will follow encroachment permit procedures as applicable. <br />
