Sail Leandro, California <br />Statement of Work <br />• Attend status meetings with the New World Project Managers. These meetings may be in person or via <br />conference call. <br />• Monitor and track the progress of the hnplcmentation responsibilities in this SOW. Report any discrepancies <br />( Issue Tracking Report process) to the New World Project Manager in a timely manner. <br />• Administer the Change Order Procedure in coordination with the New V1'orld Project Manager <br />• Manage, direct and coordinate Customer resources in order to fulfill Customer's assigned project duties, <br />including but not limited to the following: <br />o Resolve deviations from project plans, which may be caused by Customer. <br />o Disseminate project-training schedules and ensure attendance of Customer personnel in scheduled <br />training sessions. <br />o Ensure that personnel whose subject matter expertise is critical to the completion of the project are <br />made available to New World as required, The personnel required will be identified during the <br />project-planning phase. <br />o Provide suitable office space, office supplies, furniture, telephone and other facilities, equivalent to <br />those provided to Customer project team, for New World Project Managers while working on <br />Customer premises. <br />o Provide to New World all necessary machine time, related services, and supplies required for support <br />of the project tasks in this SOW. <br />o Provide adequate training facilities, space for up to 10 students plus up Lo two instructors (unless <br />agreed to otherwise), and the required equipment. <br />o Security: <br />Be responsible for the implementation of controls on application access and use, and security for <br />stored data. <br />Customer Deliverables <br />Customer will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Project status reports. <br />3.2 User Training <br />Objective <br />To ensure that Customer personnel can effectively use the Aegis software to accomplish their job requirements. The <br />work includes developing curriculum and training materials, dcli~ cring training, and ascertaining competency to use <br />the software. The training provided will equip the Customer's designated users (who participate in New World <br />provided training & education) to reasonably transition their normal operations to the Ncw World software. <br />New World Responsibilities <br />New World Systems will be responsible for: <br />New World will provide, to the designated users of the Customer, appropriate application training, classroom <br />education and training materials necessary in accordance with the implementation plan. The <br />training/education/materials provided will address the proper use and operation of the Aegis software. <br />• Provide course descriptions, lesson plans and a training schedule for each job function; Sworn officer, <br />Records Clerk, Dispatcher, etc. <br />• Tailor user training for each module of the proposed software to Customer's intended use (i.e. omit training <br />for unused features and ensure complete review of planned functionality). <br />• Provide each student with his or her own training Manual. <br />• Maintain a class roster of all attendees for each training session. <br />• Following each scheduled training session, New World instructors will give each student a skills assessment <br />test to determine if the h~aining objectives have been met. Test results are documented and retained for <br />evaluation following each session. <br />
