San Leandro, California <br />Statement of Work <br />• New World Project Manager will kecp the Custou~cr Project Manager posted on any identified issues with <br />any student who is not mceting the learning objectives, or not attending scheduled sessions. <br />• Refresher training will be provided ibllowing the "go live" date as Holed in Exhibit B of the Standard <br />Software License and Services Agreement The purpose of this training will be to provide an abbreviated <br />"user training" that covers all functionality and user commands. <br />• Provide year round training available through published course dates. Typically, these training classes are <br />held in New World Systems corporate offices in Troy, Michigan. <br />• Adjust curriculum to include policy and procedure changes required as a result of business process changes. <br />New World Deliverables <br />New World Systems will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Lesson Plans, user manuals, and other training materials as required. <br />• Class roster with each training session. <br />• Eteport to Customer Project Manager on any issues relating to students not meeting learning objectives. <br />• Prc trip report indicating what will be accomplished during onsite activities. <br />• Post trip report indicating what was accomplished during onsite activities. <br />Customer Responsibilities <br />Customer will be responsible for: <br />• Make available those Customer employees who will receive New World application training and ensure they <br />participate and complete the assigned tasks. <br />• Provide Customer personnel who are to be trained with sufficient time to complete scheduled training, to use <br />the licensed software and to interpret the output. <br />• Provide reasonable training facilities and the required equipment to conduct education classes of up to 10 <br />students led by up to two instructors, unless agreed to otherwise. <br />• Make available to Customer personnel a training facility to complete education assignments, application <br />testing, and to conduct user practice. <br />• Review and acknowledge pre trip reports indicating upcoming scheduled onsite activities. <br />• Review and acknowledge post trip reports indicating what was accomplished during onsite activities. <br />• Plan for addressing issues relating to students not meeting learning objectives and/or not attending sessions. <br />Customer Deliverables <br />Customer will provide the following deliverables: <br />• Class roster of who will attend each training scssion before scssion begins. <br />• Suitable training facility and equipment. <br />3.3 Implementation Setup and Assurance <br />Objective: <br />To evaluate and configure the Customer MSP Servers and Clients [o insure compatibility with New World MSP <br />applications. Evaluate the Customer network environment for compatibility with New World MSP applications. <br />Install and test MSP applications on Servers and Clients. Install and test remote connectivity for support, establish <br />maintenance plans, instruct on installation of MSP applications. <br />New World Responsibilities <br />New World Systems will be responsible for: <br />• Evahiate, configure and setup (as necessary) Primary Application Server Hardware. <br />• Evaluate, configure and setup (as necessary) Database Server Hardware. <br />• Evaluate, configure and whip (as necessary) Training/Test Server. <br />• Evaluate, configure and setup (as necessary) Redundant Server Hardware. <br />
