The Urban Runoff Clean Water Program requires that all runoff be treated to remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public facility. Examples of control measures include, but are not limited to: routing of pavement and roof runoff through vegetated swales, vegetated filter strips or landscaped areas in lieu of direct hydraulic connection to the storm drain system. E. WATER SYSTEM 1. Prior to approval of the Final Map for the project, the subdivider shall submit signed agreements with EBMUD, for the construction of the proposed water main connections. F. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM 1. Sanitary sewer service to the project is proposed by connections to existing city facilities. All required improvements for sanitary sewer service shall be subjected to review and approval of the City Engineer and shall be constructed as part of the Subdivision improvements. G. UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITIES 1. The subdivider shall place all utility services for the project underground. H. FEES AND DEPOSITS 1. Design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, permitting, and inspection of the above listed public improvements shall be paid by the subdivider. 2. Prior to approval of each Final Map, subdivider shall enter into a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for that Final Map and shall post security and insurance in the amounts and forms acceptable to the City Engineer. 3. Prior to approval of the Final Map, subdivider shall pay Development Fee for Street Improvement (DFS~, and Parkland-in-Lieu fees as determined by the City Engineer. I. PARKS AND LANDSCAPING 1.
