October 15, subdivider must apply to the City Engineer for, and receive, special <br />permission to proceed. <br />5. The Urban Runoff Clean Water Program requires that all runoff be treated to <br />remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public <br />facility. Examples of control measures include, but are not limited to: routing of <br />pavement and roof runoff through vegetated swales, vegetated filter strips or <br />landscaped areas in lieu of direct hydraulic connection to the storm drain system. <br />E. WATER SYSTEM <br />1. Prior to approval of the Final Map for the project, the subdivider shall submit <br />signed agreements with EBMUD, for the construction of the proposed water main <br />connections. <br />F. SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. Sanitary sewer service to the project is proposed by connections to existing city <br />facilities. All required improvements for sanitary sewer service shall be subjected <br />to review and approval of the City Engineer and shall be constructed as part of the <br />Subdivision improvements. <br />G. UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITIES <br />1. The subdivider shall place all utility services for the project underground. <br />H. FEES AND DEPOSITS <br />1. Design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and <br />any other fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, <br />approval, permitting, and inspection of the above listed public improvements shall <br />be paid by the subdivider. <br />2. Prior to approval of each Final Map, subdivider shall enter into a Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement for that Final Map and shall post security and insurance <br />in the amounts and forms acceptable to the City Engineer. <br />3. Prior to approval of the Final Map, subdivider shall pay Development Fee for <br />Street Improvement (DFS~, and Parkland-in-Lieu fees as determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br />I. PARKS AND LANDSCAPING <br />1. Subdivider shall pay Parkland-in-Lieu fees in accordance with the standards of <br />Section 7-1-800, et seq.
