A-5 CITY TO PROVIDE <br />1. Records And Reference Materials -Including, but not limited to: record drawings <br />of the project areas; high resolution orthophotos; AutoCAD files of the project <br />areas; City Standard Specifications, Special Provisions and Standard Plans; and <br />City drawing frame and CAD standards. If additional information is needed <br />during the course of the project, Consultant shall immediately notify the Project <br />Engineer. <br />2. Assistance by City employees, as needed/requested. <br />A-6 EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br />1. This scope of work does not include payment of any fees to Regulatory or Public <br />Agencies for applications or permits. <br />2. Changes in the Scope of Work will be deemed "Extra Services." Consultant shall <br />secure written approval from the Project Engineer prior to performing Extra <br />Services. Consultant shall be reimbursed for the cost of Extra Services in <br />accordance with Exhibit B. <br />3. The City's environmental consultant (ESA) will be responsible for obtaining all <br />required permits for the work and for performing sediment testing and analysis. <br />Concept Marine will coordinate with the consultant to assure all necessary design <br />and construction documents are included with the applications and that the <br />required permits/authorizations are secured prior to and included in any contracts <br />for the dredging work. <br />4. The City will contract directly with surveyors to perform the hydrographic and <br />topographic surveys.
