In addition, the reports descrbed in Section 8.1 <br />are delivered by Hartford L'rfe to the Pmn Sponsor on behalf of <br />the Tnrstee, <br />9.0 ether Services <br />9.1 Hartford Life slra0 prepare and mail to the Plan Sponsor <br />topical rrQdates ragardng legislative and regulatory change:; <br />a~Cting the Plan. The Plan <br />Sponsor agrees to allow and iaciitate the perio~c dstribufion of <br />such materiel to employees. <br />9.3 Wartford L'rfe shall k~nduct or orange to have conducted <br />greup presentations to explain the Plan to employees. The Ptan <br />Sponsor agrees to faalrtate the scheduling of such preaerrfatiors <br />and io provide faciities at which sat'sfactary attendance can be <br />expected.
