X <br />EXPLANATION: The City of San Leandro presently receives all major public safety services. The proposal to encourage new <br />multiple family housing typically generates fewer school-aged children when compared to single family development and should <br />lead to fewer students overall. The city presently has a network of existing parks and recreational facilities at existing schools which <br />would serve new residents along the corridor.
