Special Conditions: I . ACTIA understands that this project may not be completed within the two-year required titneframe, due to the lack of full funding for construction. At its discretion and before the expiration of this contract, ACTIA may evaluate the current project status and consider extending the contract term if all ACTIA funds are not anticipated to be spent by the end of the contract term. 2. ACTIA acknowledges that the City of San Leandro's original funding request was for $600,000 and that additional funding may be requested from the Bicycle and Pedestrian Countywide Discretionary Fund. 3. ACTIA will be invited to the dedication ceremony for the overall project, and be notified of any other public events and/or meetings related to this project.
