As requested, attendance at and assistance with meetings with the City Council, City <br />staff, special committees, the general employee population, and bargaining unit <br />representatives. <br />p. Assistance with the design and delivery of employee health benefits brochures and <br />information, including participation at the annual Health Fair. <br />q. Assistance with resolving issues that arise during the year regarding employee benefits <br />contract administration and service provision. <br />r. Review of and assistance with resolving disputes regarding eligibility, coverage, billing <br />questions and service delivery. <br />s.
