The audit was conducted for <br />disabled male, with a service <br />animal. Results showed that nine of <br />the 24 testers were discriminated <br />against. <br />Special training was offered to the <br />nine landlords who were identified <br />as discriminatory. None of them <br />attended the training. Two of the <br />landlords called ECHO for <br />information on fair housing. Of the <br />remaining, two were re-tested with <br />inconclusive results. The rest (five) <br />could not be re-tested since there <br />were no vacancies. <br />c. Outreach and education: <br />i. Three training sessions <br />were offered for property <br />managers, training a total of <br />83 managers on fair <br />housing laws and <br />responsibilities.
