The CAD files will be saved in AutoCAD 2000 format. The City <br />will receive three sets of the 70% plans that will include Cover <br />Sheet, Plan and Profile Sheets of project areas, and Detail Sheets. <br />70% Specifications -Consultant shall prepare 70% Specifications. <br />The Specifications will be prepared in City's standard format using <br />MS Word, and in accordance with the Standard Specifications for <br />Public Works Construction, (The Green Book, latest edition). <br />• 70% Cost Estimate -Consultant shall prepare a 70% cost estimate <br />with an estimated cost of construction broken down into standard <br />bid items for all elements shown on the 70% Plans. <br />70% Review Meetings -Consultant shall attend up to two <br />meetings, one to present and discuss the 70% design and the <br />second to discuss City's comments and schedule. <br />A-2.5.2 Phase II - 100% Design <br />100% Plans -Consultant shall prepare 100% Plans incorporating <br />City comments and final design elements. The City will receive 3 <br />sets of the 100% plans. <br />• 100% Specifications -Consultant shall prepare 100% <br />Specifications. All sheets shall be <br />prepared in accordance with the City's drafting standards and will <br />be on City's standard borders supplemented by our drafting <br />standards and standard details, symbols, and abbreviations as <br />appropriate.
