Schedule: 8 weeks after receipt of `Notice to Proceed' <br />Task 5 -'T'raffic Analysis for Alternatives <br />• Contractor will perform traffic demand analysis <br />• Contractor will calculate the LOS in Synchro <br />• Contractor will prepare the traffic report for inclusion in the PSR/PR for <br />alternatives. The report will be in the standard Caltrans report format with <br />appropriate graphics, tables and appendices. <br />• Contractor will update the transportation circulation element and its attached <br />traffic impact study in the 1996 Initial. Study/Negative Declaration for the <br />Westgate Parkway Project. <br />• Contractor will analyze construction phasing plans based on City's selected <br />alternatives emphasizing overall traffic impacts in the area and provide traffic <br />impact reports for the phases for the Westgate Parkway Project <br />Deliverable: Traffic Report for PSR/PR <br />Updated transportation circulation element and traffic impact study <br />Schedule: 12 weeks after receipt of `Notice to Proceed' <br />Task 6 -Project Management and Meetings <br />Contractor will communicate with the City on a continuous basis throughout the <br />preparation of tasks outlined in this work scope <br />Contractor will participate in sip meetings <br />Deliverables: Six meetings with City <br />Final Report Deliverables: All reports shall be in WORD document format. A PDF file <br />of all assembled documents shall be required.
