In the process of
the migration, the City's IT Staff will maintain a partner role, obtaining needed hands-on
training and knowledge transfer. This solution will lower the City's future total cost of
ownership while providing a reliable, supportable, feature-rich, secure system with the
latest of today's technologies.
Project Deliverables:
ExtraTeam shall provide the following deliverables as part of the project:
Program/Project Management
ExtraTeam shall provide a named Program Manager that will be the Single Point of Contact
for escalation and resolution between ExtraTeam and the City of San Leandro throughout
the Project. The program manager shall provide:
• detailed task list and time line management
• work scheduling and resource management
• consolidated delivery of documentation
• liaison with other vendors/service providers
• regular meetings with the customer and ExtraTeam
• partner with City IT management in the decision and policy making process
• ExtraTeam agrees to gain prior approval from a designated authority, from the City
of San Leandro's Information Services staff, before making any modifications to the
network that may impact the pertormance or availability of the network.
