3.04 Construction Documents (90% submittal) <br />Revise the 70% submittal documents as necessary. Five sets of construction documents <br />will be provided under the reimbursable expenses allowance. <br />3.05 Review with City Staff <br />Meet with City Staff to review the 90% submittal. <br />3.06 Final Bid Documents <br />Revise the 90% submittal documents as necessary. Provide one set of final plans, <br />specifications, and estimates to the City for advertisement to bid. <br />3.07 Bidding Assistance <br />Provide up to 6 hours of principal time to respond to bidders questions (all <br />communication to be through the City project manager), provide clarifications, and any <br />other requested assistance. <br />Additional Services: <br />In addition to performing the above Basic Services, Harris Design shall perform, upon the <br />Client's request, any desired Additional Services such as the following: <br />• Attending additional meetings not described in the scope of services <br />• Providing services to make measured drawings, or to verify the accuracy of drawings or <br />other information, including survey information furnished by the Client <br />• Providing services to investigate the work of separate consultants retained by the Client <br />• Revising drawings or other documents when the revisions are inconsistent with written <br />approvals or instructions previously given; required by the enactment or revision of codes, <br />laws or regulations subsequent to the preparation of such documents; and/or due to other <br />causes not solely within Harris Design's control <br />• Preparing perspectives, renderings, or models upon the Client's request and not otherwise <br />provided herein or in separate purchase order for "1.0 Public Outreach and Schematic <br />Design" <br />Schedule: <br />30% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />3 week after receipt of <br />Notice to Proceed <br />70% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />90% Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />Final Construction Documents <br />and Cost Estimate <br />Memorial Park Playground Renovation <br />Contractual Services Agreement <br />3 week after receipt of <br />City's comments on 30%PS&E <br />2 weeks from receipt of <br />City's comments on 70% PS&E <br />2 weeks from receipt of <br />City's comments on 90% PS&E <br />Page 5 of 18 <br />Project No. -~ <br />
